To Whom It May Concern:

Dead Sam’s Club,

I don’t know if you’re interested but I was in one of your Sam’s Clubs in Hous6ton TX". South Rice store this past Sunday, April 10, 2011 about 3:30pm/. There were several cash registers open but had four to six people in line and at the end of the checkout?. At one end there are two registers that had no customers in line so I had a few items and got in line there|. The gentleman asked if I was purchasing tobacco and I said no". He followed with you can only checkout here if you’re purchasing tobacco products;. That is amazing to me and others that Sam’s makes a special checkout to cater to smokers.. I and several other customers were appalled by this practice,.

Regards,

Bob

Yesterday I purchased a 1700.00 Patio Set and then 102.00 in groceries. I stood in check out for 30 minutes. I then proceded to stand trying to get out the door. It was the first vist there and the first day to be a member. I didn't know you had to go out or in a certain door. I was tired of waiting and tried to go out the wrong door (not knowing it was the wrong door. Instead of letting the indoor lady tell me, the out door lady was yelling at me. "Lady you can't go out that door. How would like to be yelled at after just paying 40.00 just to shop there?

People were turning around and staring at me.

Also I absolutly do not like not having my groceries bagged or boxed. It's hard to carry in a few items at a time. Besides that when you check out at the door is it truly necessary to check off everything I have just bought and wait to get through that check out? Needless to say if I could get my 40.00 back I would not be a Sam's member. Not a good first experience. :(

was in your sams in naples and the area manager i believe by name tracy is very rude. you ask him a question and he acts like you are intruding in his space.i have several friends that shop this store and the management gathers on the front around a little podium and joke and laugh as customers stand in line and wait for service.i will film this and send it to you. i actually also saw a handicapped women rudly treated while it was raining they made her go out of her way to enter the store and i saw them snicker after it happened. i did speak up and told them off with some good words.

I was in the Rosedale Sam's Club and bought a pizza. The kind you heat up at home; artisan made, ect. You must have changed suppliers; the one I purchased today was of inferior quality and taste. Also, it was a little on the skimpy side. Until you get your old supplier back that will be the last pizza I buy from you. OH, and I am telling everyone. I don't mind the extra dollar you are charging; but to cut the quality; Shame.

Sams Club really thinks that their customers are idiots. E-Values for one they are called coupons. The same coupons I get in the mail to shop at other stores.

You want me to pay you in advance an extra 65 dollars a year for coupons that you say are customized. After using the program for 1 year none of the e-values were of any use to me.

I canceled the e-value upgrade when I renewed and now I'm being harassed every time I go to Sams club to upgrade.

I do not want to here about E-values or harassed. I can just as easily go to Costco if this keeps up and get more for my 100 dollars a year fee. I only chose Sams because it is 35 dollars ayear.

I often buy my vitamins at SAMs .Recently I noticed that SAMs club vitamins, members mark, do not indicate where these vitamins are made. Some research leads me to believe that they are made in China. As for me I will no longer buy any vitamins that do not indicate country of manufacture . I sure would appreciate if products sold by retailer indicated origin of products sold .Chris.

Dear Sams,

I am EXTREMELY upset that you stopped the BRAZ A VIE acai juice. I have been purchasing a bottle per week for approximately two years now. Please reconsider putting it back on your shelf. Thank you. :cry

To "Another Upgrade," I want to point out that you're running your mouth without knowing the facts. First of all, when you uprade your membership to the PLUS program you receive eValues that load onto your card. You get a starting package, which is what you first saw on the register. As you shop, you receive more eValues, but they will be personalized. You won't be getting what's at the register. Those are starting packs. And they do not cost 119. I'd like to point out that their current package is worth 119 dollars in bonus savings if you upgrade during the times on the slip. Since you didn't upgrade, those aren't available to you. I know you have to appreciate being informed so you won't look like a fool when you go in their to scream at somebody who doesn't deserve your idiocy. :D

Kristen, talk to your management at Sam's Club. A lazy employee isn't a corporation's fault, but it can be remedied by the corporation.

To "Dear Sam's Club," do you know how to read? Clearly you should be able to given the fact you were able to enter credit card information into an order on Samsclub.com. So do you not see that if the shipping company or FedEx or whomever you were shipped by messes up your product, you're guaranteed a full return on the product and the shipping costs. It's right on their website. Don't act like you're stuck with an unsatisfactory product. Do something about it and get off your behind.

And James Young. Umm, they were ten cents cheaper than surrounding areas. You made the choice to drive over there. But they had the cheapest gas, as promised. Where have they not fulfilled their obligation to you as the consumer? If you're looking for them to relocate you to a closer locale, you're a fool.

How many upgrade promotions do you guys have? I bought an upgrade membership for $100 for discounted monthly items and today at the checkout there was a different list of discounted items for ANOTHER upgrade to $119.00. Oh, and I couldn't get $3 off Folger's coffee unless I bought this other upgrade for $119.00 WHAT A SCAM! NO MORE UPGRADES FOR ME. I'm sticking with the normal membership fee I really feel ripped off! What an insult Uncle Walmart!!!!!
