SAMS Club complaint
I ordered tires online. They wouldn't let me pay until they arrived at the store. i get to the store and the price has gone up. i was still allowed to get the previous price. I made a big deal got manager approval all for them to ring it up as the new price. on top of that they put my tires on off balanced each time. I don't live that near to a sam's so I had to make time and go back out of my way. I complained and was supposed to recieve a call back from manager. that never happened. I tried to call about 15 different times to speak to a manger and each time I was put on hold forever and told that nobody has a phone. I told them to radio the people. I still coudn't get anyone. I'm still waiting for a call back. i finally had to get my tires balanced the right way at walmart. And sam's also gave me the wrong customer service number. they also didn't want to help me with my rebate and failed to tell me about the free rotation and balance for life that proved to be worthless anyway.
