This was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had at a Sam’s Club #6434. I called the day before my order was placed to gain details about the process (When the order would be pulled, and how long would it be held), the clerk that answered the phone was very helpful advising me that the order could not be fulfilled online unless the club had the item, and that I would pay for the item in store. So I completed my order online, printed my confirmation and made arrangements to pick up the chairs the next day.

When the next day arrived I called hours before pickup to insure the order was pulled (I was told by the clerk “I do mine” when asked can she check and see if my order had been pulled and was ready for pickup). So I went on with my day assuming my order was ready and went to pick up the truck I was renting to transport the chairs to my home. Yet when I arrived at the Sam’s Club, only one of my two items ordered was there ready for pickup. For the remaining hour I spent in the store, I had to find an employee to pull my item (because the clerk that rung my order up went on break before checking to see if my item was pulled), then I had to find another employee to help load it into my rental truck (because the clerk at the door told me I had to find someone to help me).

Thanks to Sam’s Club and their lazy employee’s I had to pay for and extra hour on my rental truck because my order was not ready on pick up.
