The associates are rude and unhelpful. While waiting on you they don’t acknowledge you talk among each other and just hand your receipt and change with out even saying thanks come again or even looking at you.. Makes you mad you just spent your money there.. Just rude and one associates in particular Tyria (not sure of spelling) nails are so long she can barley get the coins out of the register, and makes the rudest comments. She single-handed can destroy that location. When I stated the lack of costumer service she turned to the girl beside her and said "then don't come back then" as I walked off!! I tried several times to reach the store manager Judy Leonard and she was "not here"..... I will take Tyria's advice and never return to this location.

I have never had a problem with Sam's Club. The staff is extremely helpful. I have been to the ones in Tampa, FL & Miami FL. Never a problem.

Welcome to retail! lol

You'll get that at any store eventually. You should have gone straight up to the supervisor on duty.
