Sams Club in Reston, Virginia - Where are the French Baguettes?

I shop at store #8292 Memphis. They used to bake the "Artisan Fresh French Baguette," for $2.78, (not the larger fluffy ones at a dollar more). In the last month they have quit making them, I guess. When I ask they just mumble, uhhh I don't know! And I'm there early in the morning. So now, I have to drive further to #8258 & buy them, as they keep a good supply. Someone's falling down on the job. 8292 is closer to me on Covington Pike, the other store is on Getwell. Otherwise, I'll just go to Kroger. Joe M.

Give me a break! If you do not have a Advantage card you can not enter SAMS untill after 1000 am. This is just greed; an attempt to get poor people to spend a extra 60.00 to shop at thier Store. My husband and I both are furriuos. WE Will no longer will shop at SAMS...

It is called getting a job so you can afford to pay the extra $60. If you spent the extra money on advantage, and they allowed someone who did not spend that much to come in before ten you would be throwing a temper tantrum about that.

Grow up, you did not pay the extra money you do not deserve the benefits. Stop being a cheap whining ***.

Sams Club in Ocala, Florida - Sam's Club Santa Fe -Rosita

Encountered rude person at Sam's Club in Santa Fe, New Mexico on 4/14/12. I never have felt the need to complain as I generally consider myself an easygoing person. Very RUDE individual . Noticeably thick accent has the nerve to yell me and ask if I know how to read! Keep in mind that I had my two year old daughter. Deplorable, demeaning and belittling person. I have never been treated so badly and I pay to have a membership to shop there ! I hope something is done about this but it seems highly unlikely. What ever happened to customer service?

Or maybe she had a problem with the way she abused her daughter IHatedumbcustomers, could she also have left her daughter in the car?

Or maybe she suggested you did not know how to read because you were demanding and wanted your way despite the written store policy.

If you are going to write a complaint tell the whole story. Don't leave parts out.

Also what does your two year old have to do with anything. Does having a two year old make you a special treatment who does not deserve to be treated rudely.(assuming this is not another case of no or not giving in to your tantrum equals rude.

Or are you comparing your two year old's behaviour to the managers. Well your throwing a temper tantrum is just as equivilant to your two year old's behaviour.

Sams Club in Irvine, California - When customer complains, Corona Sam's Club cancels membership.

The newly hired customer service employee Miranda scolded a member for returning the unopend frozen items and warned her with putting flags, notes on her account. The customer reported a complaint to the member service about the Corona Sam's Club. Mark, the manager who cancels membership of the undesired customers left the messages in her answering machine two times. The customer went to the store and contacted Mark, one of the manager who has been cancelling memberships of the undesired customers. He came out to the customer service desk and cancelled her membership and told her "we don't want you to shop here anymore. Go shop at Cosco or other places, not here." The member asked, "what's the reason?" He said, "due to your complaints..."

report this to the district manager. if i owned a store and every complaining customers membership was canceled then i would never know if my store employeeswere mistreating customers. this is an inane practice that only further damages the chains reputation.

I applaud the manager for his actions. They don't need a customer who likes to push their way around. I feel sorry for Costco for having to deal with her though.

Ok obviously you are one of those people who returns everything and tries to pull a scam on retailers, you do not get a flag on your account for nothing, you had to do something pretty drastic to deserve this. They had every right to cancel your membership, take your business elsewhere they dont need your ***.

I also had a big problem with this dog food. Within 24 hours of feeding it to one of my 3 dogs, he got very sick.

The doctor said it was probably salmonella. I didnt connect it to the dog food until one of my other dogs ate the sick dogs food. He became ill within 24 hours with the same digestive issues.

Needless to say we stopped feeding it to our dogs.

They should not have done the exchange. Books, movies, and video games are media.

Media can be copied or used and then returned. If you tried that at Target or Walmart they would have refused no matter what. It sounds like you just made a scene and they gave you something because it is a club not a store.

I hate people like. More then that I hate managers that allow you to get away with it.

Retail cigrates dept in thornton sams club so poor

cigrates dept for business member in thornton sams club in colorado located at grant and 92nd so poor service supervior most of that dept dont know how to count. no respect for customer.most time new cashier dont have any expertice one customer takes 2 hours..most time i spent 9000 each time that store they always mess my cigrates count.takes them forever to fix.store manager dont care .supvisor dont care.that place is mess. no organised at all.most of them dont greet you.dont say thank you or sorry. we been costomer that store 16 years .lately their servise going worse instead better.we looking alternative store to go.never ever start your membership at this location.just recommation.

Sams Club in Wapello, Iowa - Tires & Service

Keven We purchased tires in 2009 and they was bfgoodrich and purchased the basic tire warranty and sams club premium tire change service. We are at the club # 6572 address 2920 knoxville center dr knoxville tn 37924. We had a tire that was going flat and we spoke to Anthony about our tire and he said there was *** in the tire and there was nothing he could do .. I ask to speak with a manger and Keven was who came . Him and Anthony stayed in the back and talked for about 10 min they both came out and was rather rude about what could be done with my tire. We ask if they could pro rate some tires and was willing to buy a new set of tires but they both said they wouldn't do that. Our tires were 4 years or 60 thousand miles and its been 2 years and 40 thousand miles and our 2 Nd time having a patch on the tires. We are leaving with a patch and very dissatisfied. We spent $600 dollars with you and can't get good customer service

I made the mistake of having incompetent people install 5 new tires on my less than 1 year old toyota 4-runner. They installed the wrong size tire on my suv, i noticed a vibration at high way speeds on the way home.

My suv also pulled to the right pretty bad. When i got home i called sams and told them of my issues. The manager told me to bring the suv back in the morning so they could re-balance my tires. 3 attempts later I took my new suv back to toyota and explained what was going on and left with my sister to get lunch.

the service manager called me about 1 hour later and told me i had the wrong size tires on my suv and that there was NO!!!! air in my New spare tire. They put the old tires back on and i took my car back to sams and told them i wanted my $ back. That didnt happen They put the correct size tires on but were to incompetent to balance them again.

I found that out on the way home, so back to toyota. Sams did not put air in my spare tire again i thought because it was flat again. They had damaged the valve stem and pressure monator so the tire leaked. 126$ to toyota problem solved.

i lost over $300 because i wanted better tire for winter. My Suv came with crusing tires because i bought the limited trim level. I never received an apology from sams, EVER they made me feel as if it was my fault they could not install tires and balance them at the same time. I mean come on you sold me the wrong size tire damaged my new car and had it for a total 3 entire afternoons.

And didnt have the balls to tell me you broke my spare tire. Oh get this they charged me for tire disposal, after they watched me put my still new old tires into my suv.

Another

$40 they tried to steel. Sams club is a *** hole period.

They would go broke replacing tires that were punctured. Most Sams don't do a "patch" They usually do a plug and plugs will leak over time.

A real patch requires the take down of the tire whereas the plug is just a plug. Had the same situation with a tire and had to take it to PEP BOYS to get a real patch.

(It was a Sams Tire by the way). The real patch never leaked although it is not entirely unheard of.

Sams Club doesn't make those glasses. They contract a company to do it.

There will be no fixing of glasses for any reason. At least, not by the staff that works in the store.

All they do is order frames and lenses and have a finished product sent to them. I myself have Nike frames.
