I did an online order and they cancelled it and never took the charge off

I Have spoken with a representative and she has assured me, that they are looking into this charge. This charge was made when the hurricane came through New Orleans and they emailed me and said, that they couldn't refill the order and that they would take the charge off. However, the charge is still showing like I have gotten the merchandise.

I just happened to look at my order with Sams club and found it had been cancelled without any notification..Tried to contact them to find out why and that is a joke..Cant get a human, you just go round and round with a robot..Done with Sams club..

Soliciting in store

Walked in to port huron sams club and guy asks us what phone carrier we have I say we are not interested guy continues to follow so I say dude seriously buzz off than the guy continues to follow me so I say dude literally we are not interested get the *** away from me with all this covid stuff going on Im not really trying to have anyone come in contact with me that doesent need to be guy was following so I basically cut him off and told him to stop until he did

Delivery of online order

My fridge did not get delivered on the scheduled date for 8/25. I chatted online with a customer rep, and they said that the order number for shipment was incorrect. What ever that means? And they needed to contact the supplier to correct the order. Seems like a "runaround" answer to me. The rep said to call back if I did not receive an email from them by Friday 9/2. Which I did not. So, I called the customer service on Saturday 9/3, and they said that they are still waiting for the supplier to call them. What is taking so long? Instead of making me wait, Sam's club should be able to get a replacement fridge and have it shipped. Also, since it was their mistake on their end, I should be offered a discount for my inconvenience. Plus, the customer service representative sounded like she was tired or sounded like a robot. It was very annoying to listen to. She had a monotone voice. Not very pleasant tone.

Went to Sams Club on Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis MO. Like a Hormel precooked bacon which is always hard to find since its either in the refrigerator section or on a shelf across the store. Had no trouble returning some items including members Mark pulled pork which was so fatty it couldnt be eaten but couldnt get a clerk to help me with the bacon. Found a guy who was doing nothing but wouldnt help. Found a guy who tried to get me help but that guy wouldnt help. 30 minutes later cancelled my membership. Went to Sams off Manchester Road in St Louis MO. Totally different story, ultra clean store, well lit, very organized, and 2 employees asking me if I needed help within 10 minutes. Interestingly, all employees at Lemay Ferry store were men and all women at Manchester store. In this era of Covid and few jobs you would think people would like to keep their jobs.

Pharmacist at the Palm Desert Sams Club has always given me and my husband attitude and held back our medications inappropriately. Even the doctor my husband gets the medications written from she has given that doctor problems too. She has also said to me you are a business member arent you as though I have to take her attitude because I am. Or else I dont know what the or else would be. I am considering after over 20 years of being a member of becoming a member at Costco. Im checking into the prescription situation over there. Ive never been so insulted in all my life. We are respected persons in our community. She has treated us this way since my husbands car accident and had to take pain killers. Holding back a persons Prescriptionss cant be tolerated.

Most pharmacies will fill a pain medication two days early based on your last fill. You nor your doctor have any say in this. Contact the DEA and they will also tell you this.

Terrible Follow up to a complaint

I was at the Ontario CA Gas Station on 9/3/2020 and observed someone cutting in line of about 25 other members. The station attendant removed a cone from a closed lane let in one car then replaced the cone. When I asked what was going on he told me Oh she asked me a question, he would never tell me why he allowed this person ahead of all the other customers. I contacted Management and after several back and forth e-mails was referred to and contacted by Brenda Caldera Southern California Market Manager. I met her at the Sam's Cub, and she assured me she would look into the matter. I then received a e-mail from Brenda explaining that the customer that was allowed to go ahead of everyone else because she had an "EMERGENCY". There was no emergency, the attendant never mentioned any emergency, all he would say repeatedly "she asked me a question" . No emergency just preferential treatment for some unknown reason.

Preferred solution: I would really like to know what really transpired, and not be given some swept under the rug excuse.

User's recommendation: iate of Sam's Club do not waste your time. With millions of Members management could care less of what one members complaint was. As a single member we are pretty much insignificant.

Sams Club does not ship to post office boxes. They dont tell you that when you put an order in.

Allows you to put in the shipping address to a post office box and when you dont receive your item then FedEx says they dont deliver to PO Boxes and its not their problem. And contacting customer service is no help. They are very rude. Put you on hold for a long time.

Then instead of helping you they hang up. When you call back you got to start all over with your issue because its a different representative. They do that to hope you just stop calling and count it as a loss. This is *** Im a single mom struggling and I need my order without having to pay for it twice.

Laundry detergent and dish detergent. $28 has turned into $46.
