I have just tried to eat the worst steaks i have ever had. purchased the filets at your store in Dickson City, Pa. THis is the second time i have purchased steats from your store. Sams Club - POOR SERVICE

I preordered a Samsung S10 phone your rep called and set up an appointment. I showed up after driving 40 minutesw and taking time off from work to get told I am sorry but their is NOT a phone of your carrier here can you come back? Ridiculous I lost 3/4 of a days pay andtraveled40 minutes. I should be reimbursed for my losses

Sams Club - Makes promises they don't keep

Attempting to get a refund from Sam's Club Credit Card Services since 2/26/2019, and they are still holding onto my credit as of 3/5/2019. The customer service manager and Sams Club Headquarters manager assured me that the payment would arrive in 2 to 3 business days. And still, no refund money and my account still reflects a credit balance. Someone do the right thing and issue the refund back to me, so I can stop wasting time being on hold and talking to people who make up lies to cover their back sides!!!

I have been a member for Over 20 years but I believe their time is coming to an end with me, The prices are jumping up you can buy thing cheaper at their Wal Marts store. I thought Sams was a wholesale club? Why do we pay a club fee if we can go to Wal Marts and get it cheaper?

I placed my order online at 4am to get a early pick up , first it said 11 to 12 then 2 to 3 then 4 to 5 , so I called store , coors bypass Albq NM , they had NO ORDER for me . Glad I called , what a waste of time .

Sams Club in South Antelope Valley, California - Tire insurance

I bought four new tire from Sam Club with tire insurance that cost me another $80, now I have a nail on my tire close to the sidewall and can't repair it, so that when the road hazard insurance come in to play, NO! not with Sams Club, they said because the tire has 3/32 nds of and inch they will sell me a tire but won't give me the free replacement. Road Hazard insurance is "IF IT CANNOT BE FIX WE WILL REPLACE THE T Bullshit IRE" never again will buy tires from Sams.

We ordered a mattress on Sam's Club website. Order Number: 1955074589. Two men delivered the item to our house and put it on the bed. There was a board on the bed and I asked them to remove it before they put the mattress on. One of them pulled across the board on the top of the wood frame on the bed. I tried to stop him but it was too late: deep cuts was left on the frame. We are so frustrated to see our beautiful bed damaged. We are Sam's Club's loyal customers and have been holding the membership for 10 years. We really need an explanation for such an unprofessional behavior!
