Sams Club - Bad Customer Service
We bought some cheese (their brand 2 lb block) that ended up molding in the package. When we went to return it, they wouldn't give our money back because our membership had expired (earlier this month.). The cheese was not expired, but the vacuum seal wasn't working anymore.
I think it's ridiculous that they wouldn't accept a return because my membership had expired. It's their cheese because no one else sells that brands.
I don't know what else to say but their customer service isn't very good. It is asking for 100 words. It is hard to come up with more things to write about.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $5.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Sams Club Pros: Finding almond flour at one location in cincinnati.

They finally made good on this purchase and gave me a $5 gift card after I called them on the phone to complain.
