I was auto renewed for my membership in December. I did not wish to renew it but it was charged anyway.

I was told to go to the store and resolve this. When I was in the store, I was told it had to be handled by corporate on the phone. ???? It is now March and I am still dealing with trying to get my refund back.

I have a stack of notes where I have called. Each time I speak to someone else and am promised my refund. I have been told that a check was issued but I never recieved it. Then I was told that I would get a e gift card, but I still have not gotten that.

All this could have been avoided if Sams Club would have notified me that they were getting ready to charge for my membership renewal.

Instead they just did it. I have several accounts that auto renew and I am ALWAYS notified prior to my account being charged.

I will never set foot in a Sams Club again.
