Read the fine print before any tire or battery installation at Sam's Club. They will not repair any damage they cause to your vehicle.

During a tire installation they broke the power window on my truck. The installer admitted it and they were sorry but that was it. I filed a claim with their corporate "Claims Management, Inc.". All I got for my trouble was a call from some fool out of Wal-mart's Bentonville office explaining it wasn't their fault.

Really? The window was closed and hadn't been used. They rolled it down and then it wouldn't roll back up.

Why did they touch it. I didn't realize all the windows were required to open on the truck to move it 50 feet on a 67 degree day in order to change tires.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sams Club Tires Installation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $209.

Preferred solution: Refund of repair costs..

Trying to get something for nothing. That window was broke before hand and you should have told them to not roll it down. Work harder on being productive you will get more in the long run
