Have been a business member for MANY YEARS ...went through the checkout line and was told the early a.m. shopping went away when they abolished the business membership...I will not pay an extra $55 to retain the early shopping that I once enjoyed ..not to mention their gasoline has is not competitive in my area...when my membership expires no more Sams for me...Ounce for ounce and pound for pound on food if you just SHOP you will always find the same price somewhere else..the folks at customer service sympathized with me..but that's where it ended..fix the problem and I might reconsider

Send their Corporate Headquarters a letter explaining your complaint.That information is found on their website.Exactly What do you expect the Customer Service employees to do about this problem?Most likely it came from Above the store level.Customer Service has No control over What happens above the store level.
