Customer service agents are worthless when calling for questions and/or help. They place you on hold to look up what there are supposed to read to know what to say and when you get them off track they become confused.
I placed the same order every week and the processing/shipping times range from 2 days all the way to 10 days. Customer service have no explanation. When contacting them online, they do not return emails. This means I have to drive to the club to get what I have already ordered on online.
Same club is going down hill... sad!
