I online ordered a 65" Samsung TV for $748.00. I called customer service for tracking number and was told I would get a call back...never happened.
By the third try I was told that there was a "glitch" in the pricing and that the order would not be honored. I indicated that it sounded like a "bait and switch" issue and that I should receive the TV at the advertised price. I was told that they would be cancelling my order and that they would not be shipping the TV.
Not sure who is running their online website but if I did my job like that I would be fired. I would like to see Sam's honor their online pricing.
