On November 15, 2015 I purchased a Serta Mattress set from Sam's. They immediately charged my credit card and gave me a delivery time of no later than Dec.4, 2015.

I used their tracking tool to find that the mattress was picked up by MDX Home Direct on November 25, 2015 and has been ready to be delivered since then. MDX called last night and said that the soonest they could get me the merchandise is December 22, 2015. From where they picked up the mattress in Denver, CO it is a distance of approximately 200 miles to the delivery location.

And of course, there is no gaurantee that it will show up then. This is extremely poor customer service.
