DON'T BUY TIRES at one Sam's Club and expect them to honor their road hazard warrantee at any other Sam's Club. Their standard answer is "go back to the Club where you purchased the tires". Wow! I went to Sam's Club because they have locations around the country and discovered that each Sam's Club might as well be part of a completely different company.

After much heated discussion they finally agree to take care of it. Then, they don't have the tire in stock. They have to order it. They discover it is no longer available. So they will order an equivalent tire. They claim the tire has been ordered and it will take 3-5 business days to come in. 20 days later, no tire yet, but now you need to talk to the assistant manager (who only works at night). Tried to talk to the store manager. The store manager is never available, but you can talk to an assistant manger from a different department who knows nothing about the tire department.

I have learned my lesson about buying tires from Sam's Club!!!

WalMart/Sam's Club sells name brand tires, but the dirty little secret is that the tires they sell, tho a name brand are made to different specs than usual. Thus, they may be cheaper in price, but are also of cheaper quality, made to WalMart's demands for a lower price. Bottom line: never buy tires from WM.
