I am 80 years old and disabled by arthritic knees on which I can barely walk. I use the Sam's Club pharmacy and park near the door nearest the pharmacy which is the "out" door.

I am verbally abused when I use that door to enter the store and told to go to the "in" door which is all the way across the store from the "out" door. It seems that Sam's club wants to increase my pain and suffering and require me to use the "in" door for only picking up my medications at their pharmacy. They already do not have a drive through for their pharmacy.

What else can they do to discourage the elderly and/or disabled from using their pharmacy? About a month ago, they closed their pharmacy window before their posted closing time costing me a wasted 40 mile round trip.
