Tried to buy tires there and have got nothing but put off. I don't think they want my business or maybe just don't want to work!
They were too busy to order the tires I wanted and told me to order them on-line. So, I did. I received an email telling me that my tires had been delivered to the local club. Called and was told they were not there, that they had not received any tires today (none?).
Told me they were booked up for 4 days and had no openings. Told me I could come in the next day and see if they had an opening. I told them I wouldn't drive 100 miles round trip, just to wait around to see if they had an opening. Also, I thought they didn't have my tires yet??!!
WTF is going on with these people? Very unsatisfied!
Will be looking for someplace else that appreciates my business! I understand being busy, but quit giving people the continuous run around!
