Sams Club - Brandon, Fl not accepting Debit card as credit

Details
The new cash registers installed do NOT accept debt cards as credit. This has been an ongoing problem but they were able to change until you installed the new registers. What a frustrating situation. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Now, it’s seen I am going to scope out Costco. Very very unhappy customer with Sams! Now, can’t even get on your main Corporate number it jus hangs up. Great customer service.

Sams Club - Optical department

I come to pick my glasses up after, I received a phone call that they were ready. I come and I have to wait for the attendant because she is on her lunch break and there is no one covering for her. No even one person that knows how to find my glasses. This is the last time I buy glasses in here...poor customer service...:/

Sams Club - Misleading Sales Claims

On October 21, 2016 I ordered a 70" LG high def TV from Sams online. That same day they placed an authorization for more than $1,600 on my charge card. A week later they tried to place a second authorization on my card. They have the TV in stock at my local store. The order shows processing. This should have only taken two days. I have twice visited the local store (even though I placed my order on-line) and I cannot cancel the order nor can I find out when it will ship now eight days later. Discover said that Sams has 10 days to use the authorization before they can initiate a dispute. Thankfully Discover security did not allow the second authorization. Sams is a fine place to get a good price at the local store. If you think that it is an alternative to Amazon you are going to be surprised. Avoid Sams Club on line unless you like feeling helpless.

Sams Club - Customer Care Review from Winter Park, Florida

I am a grown adult (39) and came in to purchase food for a cook out and beer . I had my daughter with me . We were asked to provide ID for the purchase of the beer . I stated that that is my daughter I am the adult and I will be purchasing it . She stated that she touched it and if she is not 21 they will not sell it to me . I looked at the girl appalled because not only did my child not touch the box of beer she is my daughter . She got her manager and she also told me that they will not sell it to me . I looked at them and said you have no right not to she is my child and go look at the video and you will see she didn't touch the box . So I say for 20 min and I looked at the manager and asked her if my 11 yr old was with me would you sell beer to me then . She looked me dead in the eye and said NO. What the heck!!!! Were are my rights as a grown adult with kids . So after 2 managers and 45 min later I said take it off . On my way out a 3rd manager stopped me . I informed him that I am pissed off and I will make sure people know how I was treated . He then said the reason why they would not sell me beer was because we had no ID !!! I looked him dead in the eyes and said that is *** . We have IDs and that is my child first off . I showed him mine and my DAUGHTERS and proved that she was my child . He that flipped and started apologizing stating that they can not refuse to sell me beer if that is my child . What is wrong with these people!!! I am so mad and will make sure I post this everywhere I can .

I am disabled i was told i have to lift my merchandise up to the belt i refused so the clerk had to lift it other than to scan in cart i had two items.Then the clerk refused to put items back in cart that i wanted them so i could lift easier.I hope that sams would make...
