This is a fraudulent charge. The item is out of pattern and we found out about this purchase when it was pending in our bank account.
We immediately tried to resolve this online, but you had no option. In the chat, the CS rep was unable to assist me but he was going to report it, that was not acceptable. We called the toll-free number for 2 hours to get the run around until we finally talked to someone that made sense.
We were fortunate to have that money in our account but there were times when we didn't so it is important to us to get our money back. To prevent this again we've changed our password and submitted for dual authentication when logging in and removed the debit card from being saved for future purchases.
User's recommendation: Make an option online to cancel a payment even if it's pending on an account and to be able to report the fraud online.
Monetary Loss: $162.
