I was going to buy a tablet on sale for my mom. The tablet was advertised as an "In store only" offer, so I went ASAP after work.

When I got to my local club, the tablet's price was $100 more than advertised, even if online it said it was available at the sale price on my Club.

When I tried to contact someone (person in charge at the electronics department, memberships worker, phone customer support and online help center) I as completely ignored and they were not even polite (I couldn't even get in touch with someone on the phone). This is an obvious case of fraudulent advertisement.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sams Club Deal.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
