Called customer service for the 4th time in almost a year to check the status of my free years membership for new and expecting mothers. After being put off the first three times because of the quantity to be processed, this time i needed to supply the reference number that was given to me nine months ago and somehow i am expected to still have it under my pillow. Very convenient for Sam's Club to get out of honoring their offer since apperantly there is no other way to look into it.
