Hi, I went tot the Lemay Ferry Club today to get gasoline. Guess what, no paper for receipts.

I asked the attendant and he snidely informed mw that there was a note on the pump indicating: No paper for receipts. I asked if he could go inside and get some. He said: No paper in store. I called to speak to the manager, John (nice man) and suggested that he get some paper from another store, like Crestwood, or Des Peres.

He told me that they were out. I suggested an office supply store or prehaps his local vendor rep. He said: No dice. Out of paper!!!!

I wonder if anyone at Wal-Mart realized that MANY brick and mortar stores are dying? Sears, K-Mart maybe Macy's.......... Very disappointing and makes me wonder if I should be investing in a store that cannot provide receipts for transactions.

Does not employww there know how to write, record the amount and sign their name? Just aksinf!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
