Sams Club in Durham, North Carolina - A staff was rude

On May 8th Mother’s Day pm, I was in Sam’s Club, 4005 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd, Durham, NC 27707. After I paid for the items and were being checked by the staff at the exit, I realized I had photos to pick up. I picked up my photos while my family member was waiting for me with the paid items inside the store closed to the front door. The photo shop register was closed at that time. I went to the car shop register as directed by the photo shop staff and paid for my photos. Then I went to my family member. We were still inside the store, were going to walk toward to the staff who checked the customers’ receipts and purchase items at the exit. At that time, Clemintine was at the entrance, she yelled at me from approximately 10 fts away, “Hi, you can’t just leave!” I calmly said to her, “I knew we need to be checked, we are not going to leave without being checked”. Then Clemintine raised her voice said, “I saw you, you were going to leave!” I said: “I have shopped here for many years; I knew I need to be checked before I leave”. Clemintine said again, “not, you were going to leave, I saw you!” I said, “I think you are being very rude. I would like for you to apology”. Clemintine raised her voice again said, “I am not going to apology, and I am trying to help you”. I said, “You should not talk to customers this way”. Clemintine said, “You have better get out here, there is a security camera here”. I said, “I need to report this to your manager”.She raised her voice said, “Go ahead”. Then she said to the security office loudly, “Get her out of here”. The security office walked me and my family member out the door. He was very kind; he said his name was George. I kept myself calm without being angry at this situation; however, this incidence frightens me. I am afraid of my safety in Sam’s club. Clemintine was rude; she accused customer. She threatens me. She obsoletely treated customer badly. Thanks for your attention to this matter. WL from Durham, North Carolina
