Sams Club over charged me on some tires then told me they were going to cancel the transaction and charged me again for the tires. I then went back to Sam's and the manager Dwayne Johnson told me it was my problem and he would not help me.
I asked to talk to his boss and he gave me a wrong number. I found the right number and talk to his boss. His boss told me all I had to do is prove it was taken out of my account and they would return the money. His boss told me to see another manager Lynn and she would refund the money.
When I got there Lynn declined me the money and Dwayne asked me to leave. Right now I am out the double charge and no help!!
