I purchased some commercial Selves online, that were on a $20 off speacial one day only .

They arrived today in a very broken box, parts missing and shelves damaged. I contacted customer service and was told that they no longer have any stock at that price, but I will need to return the damaged ones for a credit.

How do I go about this when the box is so badly damaged ?.

No real answers, just kept saying my hands are tied.

Sam’s Club, come on I have to tape the box up and leave on my porch for FedEx to come pick up.

Amazon would have sent me new ones and told me to do whatever with th damaged ones.

This box is very heavy and we are seniors.
