Bought a 55" TV from Sams Club Online,TV doesn't work properly. Tried to exchange at store and told that couldn't be done, they would give me money back but wouldn't exchange it.Just wanted to exchange it for a new one.
Was told someone would get in contact with me in 24 to 48 hrs.
That's been 5 days ago,
NO phone calls. Called back was on hold 53 Min trying to reach a Supervisor, No One ever came back on the phone
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Sams Club Cons: Customer service.
