Bought a 55" TV from Sams Club Online,TV doesn't work properly. Tried to exchange at store and told that couldn't be done, they would give me money back but wouldn't exchange it.Just wanted to exchange it for a new one.

Was told someone would get in contact with me in 24 to 48 hrs.

That's been 5 days ago,

NO phone calls. Called back was on hold 53 Min trying to reach a Supervisor, No One ever came back on the phone

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Sams Club Cons: Customer service.

That's the disadvantage of buying on-line. It isn't always cheaper in the long run and returns are a lot harder.

#1087152 is not a Sams club store.

Therfore the prices are different and Sams club does not match prices. When we do on line returns it is done very different then in store returns. I so understand your frustration.

All we can do is refund what you paid for online. I always preach..stick to the stores where we can take care of you better.


You are giving West Virginia a bad name. Get the money back and buy another. Exchanges can't be done at most similar clubs.
