I purchased a laptop as well as a 2 year warranty a month ago. It took numerous emails and phone calls to customer service before I got the refund for the laptop a month later however I am still waiting for the refund on the warranty.

I went to the store a month ago and drove an hour, waited in line for 45 min and then drove another hour back home. The customer service gal told me they could not refund my order at the store because I used a VISA and they did not take refunds from VISA accounts.

Today is Jan. 2, 2014 and I am still waiting for the warranty refund after my 7th call to customer service and talking with a supervisor and sending her copies of the credit card statement to prove I did not get the refund....

Product or Service Mentioned: Sams Club Warranty.

Monetary Loss: $44.
