I had called Sam's club membership on October 10,2015 to refund my upgrade status of $55. They said it will be refunded in 4-6 weeks per Candance.

Its now December 11,2015 and I have three more times to see where is my refund check is.

Supposely Supervisor Pam is going to call me back in 20 minutes which was 2 days prior. Im on hold now again for another Supervisor and been on hold for over an hour.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with and will never, ever go back again

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Please go the member service desk for this refund. In my club we do not send checks or gift cards through the mail if we help it.
