Sams Club - Members mark bacon bits are horrible
I agree with the other customers. The Hormel Brand of bacon bits is 100 percent better. I can’t even eat the members mark brand. More fat than meat, I hate it!
Sams Club in Houston, Texas - Cancel membership still charged $45.00
I have a sams membership card..... used it maybe 3 times in one year so decided to cancel the card I called the number on the card and three different times the machine hung up on me. so decided to drive to the sams on 1-10 .Told them my card expires 12.20/2018,told them to cancel card they charged me $45.00 on 12-07 2018 before the card expired....sams club 13600 E. Fwy houston texas 713-450-2592.........I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT CASH RIGHT NOW......THEY took the money out of my account before my membership expired .
Sams Club in Ypsilanti, Michigan - Very disappointed in level of customer service in Tire Auto Center
Made several calls between 11 am and 430 pm waited on hold totalling 40 min and never spoke with an associate. Arrived at location at 5 pm waited til 530 pm only to be told they were cutting hours and couldn' t put a tire on my car. Very disappointed that this store isn't honoring their card members with services during regularly listed hours of service. The wasn't even a note written and placed in the Auto Center to inform their customers. As a result I had to rush to Discount Tire before they close at 6 pm and pay more for the same tire.
bought tires at the Maplewood location in St Louis MO had them installed first time in my life I went to a place that sells and installs tires that the customer had to loosen the lug nuts because the tire tech could not what type of tire and battery shop does not have...Read more
Sams Club in Columbus, Georgia - Terrible Customer Service
I was just in Sams trying to make a simple cupcake purchase. I ask two bakery staff a question and they acted as if they had a problem with me asking. Making loud comments once i began to walk off. Told me when they didn't have items when i clearly saw the items displayed on the counter behind them. No accommodation to try to assist. Just rude, rude, rude. Asked for a manager they stated name was Sahir, but another staff/i guess supervisor was not help.
Noticed 3 separate taxes on receipt.. Talked to store manager he agreed I was double taxed.. Said That was Sams and Wal-mart policies then laughed at me.. This is stealing money from the customers.. I have shopped at Wal-Mart for over 40 yrs. and Sams since it started...Read more
