No one at Sam's could give a *** but their people act like Gestapo at the doors. Double and Triple checking membership cards.

Taking paid for goods and acting like you stole something stopping you at the door and double checking everything THEIR cashiers just did! I don't see any difference between them and the SS checking papers at the Chec border..........

Should anyone at corporate care they would have a means of satisfying their customers other than asking them to carry their groceries out to the car without bags or boxes and certainly not offering to help!

This one is easy. Don't shop there.

If you don't like our policies don't shop with us. Its really not that hard. No one has a gun to your head. We are awful terrible people and you should not have to deal with us.

I'm sick of customers treating cashiers badly. They even give cashiers a hard time for putting all of thier items on the conveyor belt instead of scanning them in the basket.

Cashiers will be fired if they scan items in the basket because people hide items under other items. Do customers really think we want to lift those items? We are doing it because we will be fired if we don't. Stop giving us a hard time.

Oh and while we're at it, customers need to stop sticking thier dirty napkins and tissues on the other side of the registers. You think we don't see you, or that we're not the ones who clean it up? I've worked for sams club for 4 years now from age 19 to 22 and I just graduated from college so I finally get to get away from all you *** customers. You *** customers that treated me like I was *** because you saw me in a blue vest?

We're NOT ***. We're working hard and you are being ***.

*** the *** who wrote this complaint. Those door greeters are catching over charges and undercharges. People put extra things in thier cart after they go through the checkout line and the door greeters are there to catch it.

If the members would read the handbook that they were given,it states to show memebership card as coming and at the register and the exit door person sees the recepit.No we are not saying you are stealing,we catch over charges and under charges.If we don't then you catch it when you get home.Then you either call back raising all kinds ####or you drive back and do the same.

I work as a greeter sometimes and I will be the first to tell you: they are very strict on us to check merchandise in the cart, even to the point of getting pink slipped for not. It is nothing personal, it is just our job. If you were overcharged, wouldn't you want a refund?

Feel to shop online or fax and pull-we bend over backwards to satisfy customers.

We have to check your card to verify membership at the door and it is swiped at the register. If a second person checked your card, they were just doing their job.

Your membership entitles you to shop the warehouse, save on bulk items which we do not bag-we do however try to supply members with boxes to make carrying purchases easier-or you could bring your own bags.

It may help you to realize your not the only person on the planet...

Excuse them for not wanting to lose their jobs. I'll pass the word along that next time YOU'RE coming to Sam's Club, they should just get fired to appease you. ***.
