Previously found fault with Square Trade tech and security support as after 3 days they were unable to a assist in download the app purchased at the time(8-26-2026) at Sam's Club in Lakeland, Florida. It turns out that the Sam's Club sales clerk signed me up for the security on a tablet and not the cell phone.

Now trying to get my money back from Sam's Club and have already requested such from them.

Could be a whole new adventure but since it was a credit card sale things may be easier. Or I will just have to complain about the charge to the bank that issued the Sam's Club MasterCard and see how that goes before complaining to the government.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $119.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
