TO: Tony Rogers: Chief Member Officer, Sam's Club

My name is Tommy Hill a SAM'S Club member for over thirty(30) years; consequently, I regret the need to address the unprofessional conduct and ineffective service I received on 12/16/2019 from the SAM'S CLUB located in COLUMBUS,GA. First of all, let me explain the reason I was shopping at the Columbus,GA.

Sam's Club on the Dec. 14th 2019 was to take advantage of the outstanding shopping opportunity to participate in the ONE DAY ONLY sales. Sam's Club was scheduled to open at 7:30 AM on the date listed above; therefore, I arrived one hour before opening to get in the early line that was already in process. After entering the Club, I preceded to purchased and activation process the iPhone Device listed below:

ISSUE #1.

I regret I had to return the iPhone and all equipment associated with the purchased of the iPhone to the COLUMBUS SAM'S on 12/16/2019 with return Authorization Warp Order ID #180449****INS.

I understand that I may return or exchange the wireless phone or other wireless electronic device( โ€œDeviceโ€) within 14 days of purchase and activation provided that I have met all the following return criteria listed below:

1. Original Receipt, 2. Original Location,3. Undamaged, and all device components.

ISSUE #2.

SAM'S CLUB found that the iPhone had a malfunction from the manufacturer. I way informed by SAM'S Management that I could not receive a replacement iPhone because of the ONE DAY Sale process. I informed SAM'S CLUB Management that my reason why I purchased the iPhone was to receive the $300 SAM'S CLUB e Card for future shopping at SAM'S CLUB.

ISSUE #3: The only help I received from SAM'S Club Management was to call the phone #1-80*- 746-**** to voice my issue and concern. I returned home from SAM'S CLUB disappointed, not knowing what avenue I should take to voice my concern.

To be frank , I have found after being a SAM'S CLUB member for over 30 years, such action from SAM'S CLUB management to be quite disturbing because I am not accustom to being treated in this manner from a professional environment that SAM'S CLUB have created over the years.

I open my email on Dec. 16th at 6:45pm;consequently, I had received a Sam's Club Member Experience feedback survey about my recent shopping experience at the Columbus,Ga. Sam's Club on Saturday, December 14, 2019.

I would like for my family and I to continue shopping at Sam's Club and taking advantage of your first class products and services.

My Remedy in this Issue: I would like to have the opportunity to purchase the iPhone or a similar iPhone listed above under the ONE DAY ONLY $300 Sam's Club e Card format.
