I ordered a TV November 25 2017 the trucking company finally got the order on December the 6th (First strike why did it take 2 weeks to process an order) Trucking company picked up my TV from a Sam's warehouse December 8th and until now December 29th I still have not received my TV I ordered. I have called Sams CS 4 times they have consistently told me they will research the problem and will call me back with answers.

(Second strike I have never got a return call ever) I later got a email telling me to contact the trucking company myself (Third strike Sams just tried to make there problem with the trucking company my problem) I contacted MXD trucking 7 times they seem to have no clue where my item has gone and offer no solutions to date.

Don't buy from this company! I have been a member of Sam's club for more than 20 years but no more I'm done!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Sams has offered no solution to this problem.
