Management could not find my purchases on computer. Spent hours there. Management told me to call membership number they could not find my receipts. Very bad experience. I buy tires there for my business fleet. Have never had this problem but if something is not changed will buy them elsewhere. Sams Club - Waiting in line

I dropped SAms for year because the customer Service people were rude and not able to solve issues. I bought. Table on line and rejoined Sam’s club. I came to pick up card. Already in line 20 minutes. They are not competent . They say: can’t hp you over and over. My worst nightmare.

I have been a member of Sams Club for 16 years or more. I lost my job in September of 2017 and informed Syncrony Bank. I have paid a minimum of $100.00 since then but I have been charged $400 in late fees. Now I’m being offered a 48 month program and closure of my card.

Sams Club - Hung Up On

On May 4, 2028, I called Sam's Club concerning billing. After two days of trying to get past the prompt, I was given to speak to Shannon (a real person) who spoke "please call back when it convenient for you," and hung up the phone. What a sham. All you get is the run around, and no satisfaction. I'm contemplating cancelling my account altogether.
