Sams Club - Customer support

i arrived at sams club on 6/27/2019 at my usual time of 7 am. Upon arrival I was told unless I had called in an order I could not enter until 8am. I was never informed of this until I showed up at door. This is very poor customer support and shows sams cares little about normal customers. I am very upset and considering changing to Costco due to this. I was not only one there at 7am that was turned away. I believe you need to communicate more with customers

Sams Club - Rude employee

June 19@ 10.59am Today I was shopping at Sam’s club on Bowman Road. When I checked out Neither of the ladies greeted me , then as I was watch her check stuff she charged me twice 3 times for stuff I only had 1 of. When I call her on it she became very Agitated with me . I guess I’m going to have to stop shopping at that store , , employees are very rude and not friendly. At all , this is not the the first this has happen to me.

Sams Club - Ordered from online site. its been 2 weeks merchandise still in holding status! called 5 times , incompetent, rude service. how can they stay in Business?

i have called customer service 5 times, each time put on hold for numerous minutes to get specialist/superviser. was told the same bull story every time that they will send email to back office stat!! still don't have my order or any emails about order. i have wasted a whole week doing this! Will be cancelling my membership and advising all my friends/ family to do the same. will join Costco instead!

Sams Club - New membership rules

I have a business membership which allowed me to shop at 7:00 a.m. on the way into the office. I already pay an annual fee to shop there, which I do not have to pay at any other store I shop at. Now I am being told I have to pay an additional annual fee to shop between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. I do not shop there enough to justify paying the extra expense. It was mostly for catering type food trays for birthdays, etc. Sam's just lost my business. I will purchase from the local grocery store that is open at 7 and I don't have to pay a fee.

Sams Club - New credit card for secondary card

Tried to give them valid card on line . worked for half a day. customer service sent me to club 30 miles away. club could not help. sent me back to my computer. they showed my payment for renewal but still no luck. finally I ordered item on old card and it showed my new credit card. I am 93 years old and should not have on the road for 30 miles, Worst experience in my long life

Sams Club - Employee Odors as Greeter

Store 4815 has female employee working as Greeter and Cafe member. Thats has terrible body odor. Along with long chin hair that is not covered while working in cafe. Store does not have membership complaint form box. Told another employee about concerns. Employee still Has Chin hairs dropping in food and the odor problem
