I have been a member of Sams Club for 16 years or more. I lost my job in September of 2017 and informed Syncrony Bank. I have paid a minimum of $100.00 since then but I have been charged $400 in late fees. Now I’m being offered a 48 month program and closure of my card.

Sams Club - Hung Up On

On May 4, 2028, I called Sam's Club concerning billing. After two days of trying to get past the prompt, I was given to speak to Shannon (a real person) who spoke "please call back when it convenient for you," and hung up the phone. What a sham. All you get is the run around, and no satisfaction. I'm contemplating cancelling my account altogether.

Sams Club - Sam's club is not for their costumers!!!!

I fell at Sam's club got hurt , damaged my rings ,Sam's club said it was not their fault then they were supposed to send me the paperwork and all information on this, they never did, never tried to compensate nothing . I am contacting everyone I can this is not settled !

Sams Club - Optical department

I come to pick my glasses up after, I received a phone call that they were ready. I come and I have to wait for the attendant because she is on her lunch break and there is no one covering for her. No even one person that knows how to find my glasses. This is the last time I buy glasses in here...poor customer service...:/
