I was in St Cloud Minnesota Sams Club recently! Apparently after 5pm theres no one in the electronics dept!

The store is open til 9pm how does this make sense? I can in to upgrade my phone because of the gift card and was waiting for 20 mins finally a Tech Expert came up to me and asked if i needed help. I told him what i needed and he told me he works for Directv but would go ask the Gm Ken that was standing in the aisle looking at me for assistance. The Tech came back and said they were gonna try to call someone and appogies.

I thanked him there was nothing he could do. I wait another 15 mins while Gm was still standing in the same place!

The closed other Sams is over and hour Costco is 50 mins away looks like im gonna be driving to Costco! This isnt the first time ive had an issue with this Sams Club never again!
