Sam's Club, in accordance with their 90 day return policy, picked up a mattress I purchased on-line under their return policy on 10/12/2012. The pick-up slip said that a refund would be issued within 10 business days.
After 3 weeks, a call to Sam's resulted in a verbal appology and assurance that the refund would be credited to my credit card the following business day. 3 MORE weeks went by (over 45 days total) and Sam's Club still hasn't issued refund for the returned merchandise.
If you're considering buying a mattress (or other merchandise) from Sam's Club know that their customer service on returns is non existent.
