My experience with SAMs Member Care has been excellent. I can only give the highest rating in Member Care Department when I contacted SAMs with a broken product issue. Within 48 hours after initial contact to SAMs Offices, Customer Care staff Miss Cindy replied. The problem was corrected. Even if it was not resolved, I would still give the same “Excellent” rating due to Customer Care Manager’s professionalisms, and knowledge in the business.

Sams Club in District 4, Mississippi - Horrible

Sams club Verizon sales agents don’t know the job, will not give me their managers number. My mess with them is so long I don’t want to even go there. My advice go across the street to Verizon which is the only true Corp store for Verizon in Hattiesburg. I went there to try to fix the mess made by Sams Verizon agent and he did all he could but they cannot correct what an authorized agent did. Now I have a 750 phone that was not part of a bogo so that means two phones to pay for when after talking with Corp Verizon both my old phones would have transferred if Sams club Agent had taken the right steps. Huge costly mess for me and I have called everybody with no solution to my problem.

Sams Club in Yuma, Arizona - Rudest Manger I have ever come across.

As a club manager Mark Livingston at club 6205 in Yuma,Arizona needs to learn how to treat his employees. I was standing in line waiting to be checked out. There were lines and only 3 registers open. Mark Livingston came out of the office and starts yelling at his employees in front of members. That was totally disrespectful and wrong. As someone who pays to shop at the club I personally don’t want to see people treated poorly by management. He could have either opened a register and helped paying members himself or taken that workers into the office. This IS NOT the first time I have seen him yell at employees. Someone really needs to put him in his place.

The manager of your store in Lewisville has got to be one of the rudest people in your company. This store has continued to go down hill since I started going there. Your customer service has gone to *** in a hand basket. Costco is WAY ahead of you on serving their customers.

My husband and I are going through something similar. They delivered the wrong item and tried to make my husband just take that one.

Then after being hung up on several times, they delivered a defective item. Now I have two items taking storage refuge and they still haven't picked them up and won't give us the item we originally ordered.

They did charge our card and we are paying interest on an item we don't have. We wish you look in resolving your issue as soon as possible.
