I recently took my car to a know dealership to have my tire bearing replaced on the drivers side. And when Sams Club Marco one of the managers tried to remove the tire it didn't want to come off.

After a lot of pulling and using the equipment they normally use the tire came off. I was surprised to see that the well know dealership had hammered my hub and bent the pin. Long story short I'm a female and I wasn't familiar with the terms hub or pin. But my husband did inform me that this was a serious issue.

And if it had not been for the concerned workers at Sams Club this situation could have been fatal. I took my car back to the dealership and they replaced the hub. Thank you Marco and Joey for recognizing the issue and helping to keep my family safe.

Also for the rotating the tires and fixing nail issue in one of the tires you guys are the best. Grateful Loyal Customer C Jones
