I purchased a mattress at sam's club online, immediately noticed I ordered a full instead of a twin was on the phone immediately with customer service to cancel order or change it. After speaking with three customer service reps on three different occassions I realized that Sam's club customer service
#1 doesn't know how to cancel or change orders,
#2 has no idea that the website expects customers to call them to cancel or change an order and
#3 the customer can't do it on the website.
After three calls, 2 emails with fake bs replies that "it looks like it was cancelled" the incorrect order showed up at my doorstep. I ended up keeping the wrong size because I was afraid the losers would never refund my money. You better LOVE what you get at Sam's club online because you can forget about customer service helping you. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY
