Got a ring from my husband for christmas. We went to resize it b/c it was too big.

I just got it back yesterday after numerous calls and visits at sam's club. They closed the original store(where my husband purchased the ring). They lost the order, nobody could fond it. It took few weeks for them to find the ring.

They told us we can not get a refund because the order wasn't processed yet. Which meant after two months of waiting and paying for the ring nothing was done. Long story short, STAY AWAY !!! Staff is rude and nasty, because it's not their money that disappeared and nobody knows where it is.

No sorry, no thank you for waiting patiently. Total mess!!!

If you want to save yourselves headache don't buy anything there that has any value because it's not worth your nerves because nobody is responsible for anything. They should close that store all together at least for the nasty attitude of people who work there!
