Just needed to pick up an order that my wife already paid for online and their manager on Duty Jenna Krease denied me to pick it up. I even had id cards email confirmation codes everything short of dragging my sick wife out of bed to come do the pick up.
We made a 1600 dollar purchase and the big part the new tv is being delivered but yet all i needed to pick up in the store was some simple cat litter i am not able to. This terrible customer service makes me wonder what kind of service i will get next time.
After time,gas and money wasted now headed to a competitor to get the needed cat litter for our pets.
