I asked for a pizza at 745 pm and was told they were closing at 8 but found out they really did close at at 830 I told a supervisor name Jorge he said they were closing and did nothing about it even tho I was lied to I will not comeback to buy pizza and was very upset and left the grocery me I had bought I will not renew my Sam's card this happen in Dallas tx the one on Buckner and Samuel on 02/09/2016

Sams Club in Dallas, Texas - Worst Customer Service in the market

Management at certain Sam's Club needs heavy manager training and more and foremost some customer treatment/service training. How is a manager presenting herself with a simple " Hi, whats the problem?". Really? Not even present yourself with your name, how did she know it was a complaint rather than a question? After explaining the situation, without second thought she said I cant do it. I told her I read over all the policies and did not find my answer I was looking for, she simply said we don't do it. Have a great day. No explanation whatsoever or a good reason why she wasn't able to do it. By far this is the worst customer service experience I had, Sam's club really need to watch who they put as managers/team leaders. She said I cursed at her when all I said was " wow management sucks" as I was walking away, she told the cop to escort me out which is outrageous and ive never been humiliated this way by a simple Sams Manager, even the cop advised me to contact the superiors because he was just following orders. Never again will I shop at Sams Club I rather drive a bit further for Costco! I will also search for legal advice because this is absurd.

Sams Club in Dallas, Texas - Sam club workers are bad!

I went to sam club shopping for my son's birthday.When I got to the casher,he was a new worker but he was good, but the person who was teaching him was bad.She confused him and confused me.The problem is that she wanted to charged me extra and went to call the supervisor and blame it on the poor guy.The supervisor came and agree with her.They keep returning and ringing for like one hour and the whole line was waiting.Samclub workers are lazy, mean and don't care about custmer satsfaction.I will not shop there anymore.
