On 5-10-17, I entered Sam's club@7:07am to get my tires rotated. Unfortunately, the was not performed because only one employee was in the service dept.

Anthony(employee) told me he could not work on my truck alone(his co-workers were Mia). I shared this info with the assistant manager and she offered to help Anthony(I waited for 30 minutes, she disappeared without giving me update... I left very upset. No one informed me on the status of the absent employees.

I returned on 5-13-17(against my better judgement, too busy on Saturdays) only to spend only to spend 4 hours for service I should have received on 5-10. I shared my disappointing experience with Omer(manager on duty) he didn't seem to care. His attitude was very funky. He said he couldn't control who didn't show up for work(he wasn't present on 5-10.

I should have received better treatment since I was my time and money was wasted. I will not renew my membership.
