I would like to say that I went into Sam's club at 8178 where Joe Militello is club Manager. It was on a Saturday October the 3rd and was planning to go in for two things.
Cube steak which I was told by the meat cutter that they were out of and will have to wait 25 mins. I then needed to stop at cell phones where I was greeted and had started a conversation with the associate there. I was approached by the club manager and asked to leave cause I was not buying anything and interrupting his associates. The reason that Im upset is He didn't even say Hi or ask how he can help.
Just came and said your not buying anything then leave. I am a member that pays and is being thrown out and was in the building less then a Half hour.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Sams Club Cons: Club manager attitude.
