Called the number provided for customer service number provided, and the representative is very helpful and is going to look into the situation, and get back to me.

Have been a customer at Sam's Club Pharmacy and Club for 30 plus years. Had the pharmacist and staff delay getting a drug, and had two employees tell me that I should call my doctor for him to prescribe a different drug.

Since when is that the job of the pharmacy staff? Called a local drug store and they got the drug within two days. Terrible customer service including asking you if you know what the costs like insinuating that you may not be able to afford it.

How disrespectful! This has been an ongoing experience, but because I shop there on a regular basis (and the store staff is excellent) I haven't changed my pharmacy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Provide Excellent Customer Service to Loyal Consumers with Respect.

Sams Club Pros: Convenient and love store staff.

Sams Club Cons: Pharmacy staff needs to be trained for customer service.
