4-14-18 employee became verbally abusive because I would not use self check out. she kept going on about it while I tried not to make eye contact.

than she started to bad mouth me to another customer ,he was not in self checkout either. I had children with me. I called corp .but 3 weeks later no one has called back and the store was never notified, I am scared to go back. I called corp.

5-4-18 I was told they do not handle this and this would be referred to store.

i asked why the store had not been notified they could not tell me. i called store they knew nothing about it.

Review about: Sams Club Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: To be scared to go into store.

Your mistake was in not then and there leaving your stuff at the checkout without paying, of course and demanding to see the store manager to complain about the particular employee. Putting up with the nonsense from an employee and waiting until you got home to contact corporate is the wrong thing to do---as you now know. All corporate does is refer a complaint back to the store manager to handle, which means the manager usually ignores it.
