ordered two chair. One arm was defective.
Called to correct problem. The said the complaint did not go thru. So they then tell me they will contact the mfg for a replacement arm.
called again after a month once again no record. I have the emails and case number for this.
The still tell me they have no ideal an will reach out to the mfg. I would never buy any furniture from sams club again on line. They do not stand behind their products. The can replace it if I am willing to spent another two hours to assemble another one.
I am disabled and had a difficult time assembling the last chair.
Pathetic. I was a customer of sams for 15 years.
