The Sam's Club in Elmsford, NY had 4 new bottle/can return machines.I put in the Poland Springs bottles-"can't identify", same with the Fruit 2 0 bottles.

Customer Service told me to count them and put them in clear plastic bag. Counted 222 bottles. Returned to Customer Service. Told me they don't take Canada Dry cans.

Took out Canada Dry cans. Customer Service refused to give me refund on 132 bottles. Asked for manager. Armina Grande said she was manager--no name badge-not listed on Manager board--Bryan Mohammed only name listed.

I raised my voice.

Security came (I'm a Female Senior Citizen).Where do I lodge a formal complaint.
