The newly hired customer service employee Miranda scolded a member for returning the unopend frozen items and warned her with putting flags, notes on her account. The customer reported a complaint to the member service about the Corona Sam's Club.

Mark, the manager who cancels membership of the undesired customers left the messages in her answering machine two times. The customer went to the store and contacted Mark, one of the manager who has been cancelling memberships of the undesired customers.

He came out to the customer service desk and cancelled her membership and told her "we don't want you to shop here anymore. Go shop at Cosco or other places, not here." The member asked, "what's the reason?" He said, "due to your complaints..."

report this to the district manager. if i owned a store and every complaining customers membership was canceled then i would never know if my store employeeswere mistreating customers. this is an inane practice that only further damages the chains reputation.


I applaud the manager for his actions. They don't need a customer who likes to push their way around. I feel sorry for Costco for having to deal with her though.


Ok obviously you are one of those people who returns everything and tries to pull a scam on retailers, you do not get a flag on your account for nothing, you had to do something pretty drastic to deserve this. They had every right to cancel your membership, take your business elsewhere they dont need your ***.


Seems right to me. I would do the same at my store.
